I meet the requirements for a thrift store shopper- no money and lots of time! Since I know the basics of sewing I can alter things to make them work for me. This blouse had shoulder pads that I removed, and I belted it to fix its boxy cut. The wallet was 60 cents! Joy.
I love this spot on Cornell's campus, very old school Ivy League... I mean, there's actual ivy.
